ASHEVILLE’S CALLING - FUN ADVENTURES FOR KIDS
ClimbMax Climbing’s indoor climbing center is WNC's premiere climbing facility. We strive to give you the best climbing experience in an exciting and safe climbing atmosphere. ClimbMax prides itself on being welcoming to all abilities and ages. Our experienced and professional staff offer a range of instructional programs, group facilitation, summer camps, after school programs, birthday parties, and more!

Afterschool Programs 2011 - 2012 Fall: 9/13 - 11/18/2011 Winter: 11/29 - 2/21/2012 Spring: 2/29 - 5/8/2012  Kids love to climb. We love to see children’s natural urge to scramble up things (trees, furniture, etc) directed into an activity that will play a positive role in their lives.

At ClimbMax we are committed to offering fun and educational after school climbing programs for a broad range of abilities and ages. We begin with Club climbing in Kindergarten and offer progressive programs that grow with your child’s development, all the way up to the ClimbMax Climbing Team.  The more you climb, the better you get. The better you get the more fun it is. To help facilitate more climbing all Afterschool participants and their parents can purchase any 3 month unlimited pass at 40% off during the time they are enrolled in any of our Afterschool programs.  Club:

Afterschool clubs offer a supervised environment for young climbers to discover and enjoy climbing with their peers. Our instructors lead fun and educational climbing games, and allow for free time climbing as well. Club meets once a week.

Tuesday 4:00 - 5:30 pm - younger
Wednesday 4:30 - 6:00 pm - older  Team: Length of class: 2 hrs Number of classes per session: 20 Price: $250 *Enrollment is limited and subject to coaches’ approval **Thursday only is OK and costs $150  ClimbMax Climbing Teams offer youth the opportunity to be part of a team experience with the goal of improving climbing skills in a supportive and challenging atmosphere.   Coaches give direction and lead activities to help young climbers build on their strengths and improve on their weaknesses. Coaching at local competitions is included.   The young climbers work on attaining clearly defined levels of achievement, with each level representing a specific skill set and level of proficiency. 7th-12th grade: Tues & Thurs 5:30-7:30 pm
 Want to Sign Up? Download a pdf of the Afterschool Registration, have parents and team/club participants fill it out, and mail in to ClimbMax.  DON’T FORGET! All participants must have a Release Waiver filled out prior to climbing.

Special Kids Rate Special rate for kids 5 and under: $6 for 1/2 hour of bouldering.
