Our climbing courses lay the groundwork for the technical skills you´ll need to become a self-sufficient gym climber and provide an opportunity to engage with other climbers of your skill level. 101 - CLIMBING BASICS
This course provides new climbers an introduction to climbing terminology, equipment, and basic movement techniques. Your Climbing Basics instructor will introduce and demonstrate belay techniques and work with you towards achieving proficiency at providing a top-rope belay.
201 - LEAD SKILLS COURSE
Climbers who have already mastered top-roping and want to pick up the sharp end of the rope are encouraged to take our Lead Skills course. Under the guidance of your instructor, you’ll make the transition to lead climbing and belaying while learning invaluable techniques and advice to keep you safe.
120 - BOULDERING BASICS
Designed to help climbers who are interested in better understanding movement and technique, Bouldering Basics is approachable for climbers of all abilities. Common terminology, training strategies, and the fundamentals of bouldering fitness will be covered, with a strong emphasis on footwork and body economy while climbing.
220 - ADVANCED BOULDERING
Boulderers who are looking to push into and past moderate grade climbs (V3 to V6) are encourage to take Advanced Bouldering, where they can explore concepts of tension, core strength, and the exercises you can do to help develop them.
310 - CLEANING ANCHORS
Join an AMGA-Certified Climbing Wall Instructor for this clinic on cleaning single pitch anchors. Anyone with some outdoor experience who is looking to become self-sufficient will benefit from this class.
