Teams are intentional training environments for young climbers looking to establish a foundation of climbing fitness and technique. Under the guidance of our experienced coaches, team climbers will learn how to set goals, train smart, and hold themselves accountable for their progress. The foundation they develop with coach guidance and peer support will serve them as climbers for life!
Junior Team in an intermediate-level program for climbers who are graduating from the Climbing Club or are looking to pursue climbing as a sport and learn fundamentals. Junior Team members can choose to meet 1 or 2 times per week to work with their coaches.
The Climbing Team is for young climbers who are committed to developing their ability, technical skills, and fitness. Team members can opt to meet 1-3 times per week and are encouraged to participate in USA Climbing competitions.
