Climbmax at SMAC
FOR CLIMBERS AGED 12+
These 60 minute classes will target antagonistic and synergistic muscles to promote stability in our muscle development and body mechanics. Each class will be fast paced and involve body weight routines as well as resistance bands, dumbbells and compression balls.
Your Instructor, Wendy, is an ACE certified personal trainer and an AMGA certified Single Pitch Instructor. She combines her knowledge of fitness and rock climbing to create a well rounded and engaging workout session.
