YOGA CLASSES

FOR BEGINNER TO ADVANCED PRACTITIONERS

These 75-minute classes were developed as flow-style yoga classes.  Flow (Vinyasa) is a style of yoga in which the poses move from one pose to the next without stopping.  The classes begin with relaxation techniques such as breathing exercises, transition into gentler movements to warm up the body, and then progressively move into a more challenging sequence.  The classes end with calmer, deeper stretches, and floor-based relaxation positions.  You don’t need to bring anything to class!  We have all the mats and props you will need.  Climbers are encouraged to attend to develop strength and total body wellness.

FOR BEGINNER TO ADVANCED PRACTITIONERS

In this class you will be led through a series of restorative poses, inviting in effortless relaxation, with some introductory yin postures to activate fascia, and end with a longer savasana.  We hope that with this class you will enjoy the opportunity to slow down after a long week and let your body rejuvenate from whatever high-paced activities you were involved in.

FOR BEGINNER TO ADVANCED PRACTITIONERS

This class offers the chance to flow through a traditional yoga sequence with poses selected specifically to engage key climbing muscles​ to enhance strength and flexibility.  Focus will be put on breathing and body awareness as we move through the practice.  You will be encouraged to listen to your body, with various modifications and variations offered throughout the practice.
